The Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow prospective clients to contact us. The Site is not an online shop; product prices and availability shown are indicative and subject to a written quote.
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed only after we accept it in writing and receive any required deposit. Prices exclude Florida sales tax and freight unless expressly included.
Delivery windows are estimates based on manufacturer lead times. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, suppliers or events beyond our reasonable control. Installation is performed by our crew or approved partners during normal business hours unless otherwise agreed.
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty passed through to you. Items fabricated in our workshop carry a lifetime structural warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to normal commercial use. Warranty does not cover wear-and-tear, misuse, unauthorized modification or damage caused by relocation without our involvement.
Stock catalog items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition, subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Custom-built and made-to-order items are non-returnable except for defects covered by warranty.
All content on the Site — text, photographs, drawings, logos — is owned by Archivos y Servicios or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify or redistribute Site content without written permission.
You agree not to use the Site to send spam, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Site's operation.
